Several activities to discover, name, sort and welcome your emotions : the monster mirror, the magnetic board of emotions, the discovery cards, the bottles of emotions, the return to serenity.
The box contains cards to learn how to observe yourself and mime emotions using the monster mirror , bottles to fill with pompoms that invite you to associate a color with an emotion . The wheel of emotions then helps you express your emotions and the monster yoga which presents eleven relaxation postures and their benefits.
